CLASSES OFFERED 

FOR THE FALL 

Toddler/Preschool  Combination Classes

 

Your tiny dancers starting at the age of 2 will learn the fundamentals of tap, jazz and beginner ballet in a positive and fun environment. This class is offered several times a week to fit everyones schedule. See below for prices and schedules.

Technique Classes

​

These classes are for the serious dancer that wants to enhance there flexibility and skills. Each dancer will come out of this class feeling so motivated to grow as a dancer beyond their limits. They will learn about pushing their limits and driving themselves to places they never knew they could.  

Hip Hop Classes

​

We incorporate a variety of old and new urban dance styles of hip hop, such as popping, locking and  breakdancing.  Hip hop dance is very dynamic and improvisational in nature.  Your children will learn freestyle as well as improve their flexibilty to develop body balance, and to cordinate the muscles.  See below for prices and schedules.

Musical Theater Classes

​

It is so exciting to annouce that we will be holding musical theater classes this year. You will learn how to lose yourself into the brilliance of some amazing characters.  It is so much fun learning about facial movement, articulation and body language along with so much more.

Lyrical/Contemporary Classes

​

Dancers starting at the age of 6 learn a true passion of dance in this genre.  They learn the true understanding of what it mean to dance to the music from within.  This form of dance takes the beautiful technique of ballet and is incorporated into choreography that tells the story behind the music.  The Saying "To watch someone get lost in the music" goes perfect with this style of dance.  If your child loves ballet and loves to act, then I would recommend this style of dance.

Core Class

​

The key to a stong turner is a strong center. Core class is the perfect place to strengthen your core.  If you are ready to get your turn on, then enroll now for core class!

PLEASE NOTE: Any classes of 5 or less will be moved to another class time or will be cancelled until more students sign up.  Further, for information on competitve team pricing and/or schedules please contact Danielle at 518.210.7599. To join The World of Dance team No Auditioning is required.
